Evaluation Of Environmental Efficiency Of Paper Industry In China And Analysis Of Its Influence Factors

Paper industry has always been listed as a major source of energy and resources,but also one of the industries that need to be monitored in environmental protection.Under the new historical development stage,the paper industry should change the mode of development according to the concept of sustainable development,adjust the industrial structure,and promote the sustained and healthy development of the paper industry.In recent years,downtown pressure on the economy of China's paper industry is large,corporate profit margins shrink,the confidence of the market weakening,more difficulties in the actual operation process of production.On the one hand,the paper industry production gradually intensive development,small paper-making enterprises are too difficult to survive in the competition.On the other hand,the industrial structure of paper industry needs to be adjusted from side to side.The problem of production operation reflects that the whole industry efficiency of paper making industry is not high.To sum up the above problems,the evaluation of the technical efficiency and environmental efficiency of the current paper industry will provide the basis for the choice of the future development strategy of China's paper industry,and has more important guiding significance.Firstly,introduces the theoretical basis of this paper and then summarizes the research methods of the efficiency evaluation and the environmental efficiency evaluation of the paper industry.Secondly,this paper summarizes the current situation of China's paper industry,especially the current situation of environmental pollution in China's paper industry.The third chapter is empirical analysis.This paper selects 4 input indicators from economy,capital,labor and other 3 aspects,and the paper industry sales value,the paper industry COD emissions 2 indicators were selected as output variables,10 years of panel data of 29 regions in China to conduct operations.In the empirical analysis,we first used the CCR model to measure the technical efficiency of China's paper industry value,and then use SBM model to measure the papermaking industrial environmental efficiency under the non expected output value,and the two efficiency values were analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that affect the environmental efficiency of China's paper industry by Tobit regression.From the regional economic development level,urbanization level,pollution control ability,scientific research level and so on 4 aspects to take the indicators,using Tobit model regression,finally obtains the influencing factors of environmental efficiency in each area.Finally,according to the analysis results of the paper industry environmental efficiency factors,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of China's paper industry.
