| With the rapid development of plastic materials and the improvement of the performance,the application of plastic gears in automobile and other projects is promoted.Due to the lack of plastic gear design methods and related design data,which hinders the promotion and application of plastic gears,it is of great significance to develop the design of the plastic gear wear tester.The loading system as the core of the test-rig and it’s performance directly affect the performance of the test rig and technical and economic indicators.The traditional loading method can’t solve the problem that the gear tooth side clearance becomes larger and the internal torque is greatly fluctuating in the plastic gear test.In this paper,the application of plastic gear loading system has been studied,and a new type of single support lever servo loading system has been designed to provide technical guarantee for the plastic gear wear test rig.Based on the finite element analysis software,the natural frequency and the main vibration mode of the single plastic gear are obtained.So as to avoid resonance with the loading system and the gear test rig.The different gear load torque under the stress analysis of gear contact analysis,analyze the maximum stress value of the meshing gear and the maximum stress position,calculate the maximum load torque gear can bear,and provide a theoretical basis for the dynamic simulation and load system design.The dynamic characteristic curve of the meshing force during the meshing process of the plastic gear are obtained by the simulation of the gear pair dynamics,which provides the basis for the design of the test rig loading system.Based on the dynamic characteristic curve of the plastic gear meshing force,a single servo loading system is designed.A simple loading mode is adopted,which is simple in structure and convenient in load adjustment,through the lever load and servo motor stepless adjustment combined to achieve accurate loading.Take the test gear connected to the pivot block,relying on the weight reduction gear pivot block built-in torque fluctuations and single pivot axle supporting structure,can realize the built-in spring pivot axle center distance adjustment to solve the side gap becomes a big problem,through the dynamic adjustment of the supporting structure to achieve torque,so as to solve the problem of fast plastic gear the wear caused backlash becomes large,volatility of built-in torque problem.By analyzing the strength,dynamic characteristics and loading error of the single support servo loading system,which found that the main stress components of the slide guide to a maximum of 79.2MPa,far less than the yield strength of Q235 material.The maximum deformation is 1.62 mm,which will not affect the accuracy of the loading system.Compared with the traditional CL-100 test rig,the dynamic characteristics of the design loading system are analyzed,and the dynamic loading of the plastic gear is fully satisfied.The loading error is relatively small,indicating that the loading system with accuracy and reliability. |
