For a long time,the new material research is based on the experience or according to the way of continuously tests,through the experiments step by step to acquire the useful data and then carry out the research model.So the efficiency of experiments greatly decide on the rate of the material research.A series of problems,from limited samples to low research efficiency and long research cycle couldn't adapt to the increasing demand of material research in many countries.Especially for the metal material which have been occupying a quietly important position in the field of Material application.So it's very meaningful to accelerate the pace of discovery and optimize preparation method for high performance alloy which is extensive used in industry,manufacturing industry,aerospace,etc.With the maturity of additive manufacturing technology of metal,the new technology makes it possible to design a high-throughput metal preparation equipment,combined the feature of integrated manufacturing,rapid prototyping,high material utilization rate with traditional metal preparation methods.The key technologies for the manufacturing high-throughput bulk alloy preparation equipment are summarized as follows: Firstly,the technique of powder accurate quantitative delivery.Secondly,the technique of powder mixture and homogenization.Thirdly,fusion and solidification insitu technology of metal powders.Fourthly,integration of function circuit module and intelligent control technology.In this paper,I have expounded the functional modules of the high-throughput block alloy material preparation system and the technical points applied.Then,the three aspects of the study: the laser micro-area heating model,the multi-phase flow powder mixing model,the motion function module design are analyzed in detail.About the powder precise quantitative technology,article compared several powder dosing systems(capillary quantitative system,shaker-type powder quantitative system,vacuum drum quantitative system.)and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the system.About the powder mixing and homogenization technique,varieties of discrete element simulation methods were compared.Finally,MP-PIC(Multiphase Particle-inCell)simulation method was used to simulate the flow morphology and characteristics of the powder in the mixing chamber.By observing the flow of powder,I analyzed the mechanism of powder mixing,and according to the results,a new type of powder rapid mixing device was designed,which greatly improved the powder mixing efficiency.In the fourth chapter,I analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Laser engineered net shaping technology,designed the metal cladding simulation program based on APDL,and then analyzed the temperature field distribution,heat flux distribution,temperature curve in details after simulation.For the last technique,the article written the program of motion control module based on the chip of MCX314 and DSP2812,drew the basic circuit of the module,and debugged the program.Overall,High-throughput block alloy material preparation system is a complex and efficient alloy research preparation equipment,the new equipment will have a significant impact on the prospect of domestic metal materials research.
