Dehydration is a very important link in the process of agricultural products and food processing,and there are fewer kinds of food dehydrated machinery in China.Massive meat is a common ingredient in daily life,like chicken wings,chicken,duck,chicken feet,neck them with various tastes and is deeply loved by the masses of the people.At present,the food processing enterprises in our country are using vertical dehydration to dehydrate meat,which is inefficient and increases the labor quantity of workers.In addition,the literature of meat food dehydration plant at home and abroad are not reported,so the development of new types of food dewatering machine is provided with important significance,high efficiency,energy saving,automation control is the key point of the research direction.The study aims to design a set of single-chip as a control center,driven by the motor to do power output,at the same time on the hopper storage capacity and drum speed real-time monitoring and adjustment,and design the collection device to store the dewatering material in real time.There are several aspects of the research.Investigation on the processing process of poultry meat and the factors affecting the dehydration of poultry meat,using electromechanical combination method,and the 3d simulation design is carried out through the software of UG(Siemens NX 10.0)and ADAMS.Rely on single-chip microcomputer technology to develop a set of intelligent food dehydration control system.The device takes the feed storage,high speed centrifugal separation structure.The material comes from the automatic production line,Feed hopper bottom load cell real-time detection of material weight,and with the set weight value,thus controlling the upper hopper support plate open and close.When the material enters the dewatering machine drum,the microcontroller controls the motor through the relay,the drum accelerates the rotation to the set value,and the material gradually moves into the receiving box in the centrifugal drum.The rotary encoder detects the drum speed in real time,and feedback information to the microcontroller,to speed alarm and reduce the speed,low-speed automatic adjustment purposes.This study makes a detailed theoretical analysis and calculation of the dehydration part and the transmission part of the dehydration device,provide the basis for selection of each member,finally,the simulation software is used to simulate the drum part,get the speed and displacement curve of the material in the drum,and draw the conclusion and optimize the corresponding design.The study designed a set of horizontal food dewatering machines for production lines,it can better achieve the requirements of automation,improve production efficiency and save labor costs,while the development of machinery and equipment for China's current poultry food dehydration field to open a new window.
