Deep sea oil drilling process is very concerned about a problem is early gas invasion detection,that is,early detection of air invasion occurred,if found later,there will be difficult to control the blowout event,resulting in immeasurable loss of life and property.The traditional method of early gas intrusion detection uses the drilling fluid increment or the change of the surge pressure as the air invasion indicator,but the detection result of these methods is too rough and unreliable.For costly offshore deep-sea drilling,its advanced well control technology requires more reliable early gas intrusion detection results to take optimal control measures when air invasion occurs.Different from the traditional method,the ultrasonic air intrusion detection method proposed in this paper has its own advantages in detecting the sensitivity,reaction speed,cost and difficulty of installation.Ultrasonic gas intrusion detection method is based on the use of ultrasonic wave in the process of drilling fluid propagation will reflect the movement of the bubble generated by the Doppler effect,the intensity of this effect and the size and number of rising air bubbles The degree of direct relationship,and ultimately will be reflected in the amplitude characteristics of the signal.The focus of this research is to design a set of deep sea gas intrusion detection device based on ultrasonic Doppler principle.First of all,this paper summarizes the present situation of gas invasion research,and understands the current trend of gas invasion research and early development of air invasion.Then,from the ultrasonic air intrusion detection principle,deep sea work program design,sensor characteristics,device mechanical design and detection device hardware design several aspects to discuss.Hardware design is the focus of this article,including hardware circuit design and driver design.Hardware circuit design from the functional point of view can be divided into three parts: ultrasonic excitation signal generation,echo reception,system control and signal processing,the design process,the detection device work stability,control flexibility and work efficiency are fully considered,To ensure that the detection device for a long time and stable work in the deep sea.Hardware driver design is an extension of the hardware circuit function,including gain control,signal acquisition,data processing and communication and other aspects,the purpose is to make the system more flexible control,work more autonomy,adaptability stronger.In the hardware debugging and experimental part,the main electronic performance of the testing device and the simulated dissolved and precipitated test of the deep sea gas invasion process were tested respectively.The results show that the hardware and software of the detection device can work stably,and the whole detection system Invasion of the process of change is sensitive,and to a certain extent,the degree of gas invasion within the pipeline.Finally,the work of the project is summarized,and some problems of the research and the work of the next stage are forecasted so as to make the air invasion detection device fully meet the requirement of early gas intrusion detection in deep sea drilling.
