With the development of nano science and technology, nano copper oxide has attracted more and more attention, because size changes result in the unique physical and chemical properties change. However, the strong interactions of the oxides particles, especially for their nanostructured counterparts, cause them to clump and aggregate, thereby deteriorating the relevant properties. We found that the hexagonal boron nitride?h-BN?is a good sheet of basement setoff/stabilizer,which can be used to disperse nanoparticles.Compared with the traditional chained stabilizer,h-BN can expose particles with more of the active surface. The paper mainly revolves around CuxO and h-BN,after calcinations,CuxO can be uniformly scattered over the h-BN.This move would not only shed light on our mechanistic understanding of chemical formation of the composites in general, but also allow us to better integrate these merits of h-BN and metal oxides in advanced device design and practical applications. This thesis mainly carried out the following three aspects:?1?we reported the feasibility using Cu2O/h-BN composites as a catalyst for the reduction of p-nitrophenol to p-aminophenol.The Cu2O/h-BN composites are thus obtained by dispersing Cu2O octahedrons on the surfaces of two-dimensional h-BN nanosheets.The-OH and-NH groups on the surfaces of h-BN nanosheets are found to be beneficial for anchoring Cu2O octahedrons. Moreover, the Cu2O/h-BN composites exhibit superior activity for the reduction of p-nitrophenol to pure Cu2O crystals and h-BN nanosheets.?2?The antibacterial properties of Cu2O/h-BN composites were carried out:E.coli,P.aeruginosa.B.suhtilis and S.aureus were chose to test the contacted antibacterial of the compound.Bacterial surface morphology before and after the test were observed, preliminary exploration of the mechanism of the antibacterial effect of Cu2O/h-BN compound.?3?The Catalytic performance from ammonia borane hydrolysis of CuO/h-BN composites were investigated:In order to further understand the CuxO,in the presence of h-BN nanosheets,H2O2 was used to synthesis supported CuO/h-BN compound, which was found to be superior active for the generation of hydrogen from ammonia-borane to pure Cu2O crystals and h-BN nanosheets.Innovation of this paper:The supported catalyst between CuXO and a new 2D sheet material not only shed light on our mechanistic understanding of chemical formation of the composites in general, but also has significance for future research.
