?-agonists and promazine-type sedatives, which are easy to accumulate in the body and harmful to animals and humans, should be monitored strictly.Capillary electrophoresis is of great advantages in rapid and highly efficient separation. The separation efficiency of capillary electrophoresis(CE)could be improved by adding imidazolium ionic liquid into background electrolyte,to change the microenvironment and characteristics of charge distribution. In this thesis,by using imidazolium ionic liquid as modifiers in capillary electrophoresis, the separation behavior of positively charged P-agonists and promazine-type sedatives were investigated.Series of analysis parameters and separation characteristics of ?-agonists and promazine-type sedativess in CE were explored to provide some new datas for the analysis of ?-agonists and promazine-type sedatives. There are three chapters in this thesis as follows:In chapter 1,the properties, hazards and analytical methods of ?-agonists and promazine-type sedatives have been summarized. The application of CE method to?-agonists and promazine-type sedatives and the using of imidazolium ionic liquid as modifiers for the efficient analysis of trace drugs in CE have been systemically introduced.Based on the review of previous literatures, the topic and design of the thesis have been proposed. In chapter 2,the separation technology of ?-agonists with imidazolium ionic liquid as modifiers in CE was studied. The parameters affecting the separation of?-agonists,such as composition of ionic liquids, concentration of the ionic liquid, type and concentration of buffer,pH value, and proportions of organic solvent, have been investigated.Electrophoretic behavior and separation factors of analytes(viz.Sal,Ter,Cle,Bam and Tul)with imidazolium ionic liquid as buffer additives have been studied. The possible mechanisms for the separation of P-agonists in CE have been also discussed.Under the optimum separation conditions,an efficient separation of five ?-agonists was achieved within 8.0 min.RSD values(n=5)of migration time were less than 3.8%(run-to-run)and 4.3%(day-to-day),and RSD values(n=5)of peak areas were 8.1%and 14.4%,respectively.In chapter 3,the separation technology of promazine-type sedatives in CE with imidazolium ionic liquid as modifiers was studied.Aiming at the alkalescenct property of promazine-type sedatives, the parameters such as type and concentration of ionic liquid, buffer solution, organic solvent, and pH vaule which colud affect the separation of promazine-type sedatives have been investigated and optimized. The possible mechanisms for the separation of promazine-type sedatives with imidazolium ionic liquid have been also discussed and the optimum separation parameters have been gained.A baseline separation of promazine-type sedatives(viz.DPZ,CPZ and PPZ)could be obtained within 20.0 minutes.RSD values(n=5)of migration time were less than 0.8%(run-to-run)and 9.4%(day-to-day),and RSD values(n=5)of peak areas were 8.6%and 15.7%,respectively.
