With the improvement of living standards,the demand of the market in our country is increasing,the demand of food processing machinery is increasing,and processing machinery has been continuously classified according to the nature of all kinds of smoked food,and the performance requirements are also gradually improved.At present,the enterprises design of smoked equipment mainly is to imitating and copying foreign product,technical level is not high,lack of capacity for independent innovation.In this paper which is mainly aimed at the current problems in the production process of smoking,the key technology of smoked equipment is studied by using CFD method and modeling and simulation and structure improvement,which helps to improve the heat transfer efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the modeling and analysis of the heating bin of the existing smoke equipment and the result of simulation,a kind of mechanism to adjust the air volume is put forward to improve the distribution of airflow field in the heating bin.And the organization size and material parameters are gotten by kinematics and dynamics simulation of this mechanism.(2)The simulation analysis of the heating bin based on the variable boundary simulation modeling method based on CFD technology is studied.The simulation results show that the gas flow distribution of the smoke gas in the heating bin,which indicate that the air flow field distribution is improved obviously,and the quality and efficiency of the smoking process is improved.(3)Based on the mechanism to adjust the air volume,a test scheme is designed to analyze the gas flow field distribution.And the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by using Pearson correlation coefficient,and the improvement effect of the adjusting mechanism on the gas flow field is verified by using variance.In this paper the mechanism to adjust the air volume is introduced to improve the flow field distribution,at the same time,the modeling method and evaluation method of variable boundary simulation are given to solve the problem of modeling and simulation,which would be benefit for the improvement of smoking equipment. |
