Currently,the industry use a modified Siemens process to produce polysilicon.As polysilicon reduction furnace modified Siemens process critical equipment,the means of the device,it can make the manufacturing process produces byproducts into the production of polysilicon raw materials,but also reduce environmental pollution.Polysilicon reduction furnace distribution of the flow field and temperature field of polysilicon production efficiency has a great influence.Firstly,calculation model of traditional polysilicon reduction furnace,reduction furnace analysis of fluid flow and temperature fields.By means of computational fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent polysilicon reduction furnace to simulate different conditions,you can get the actual flow furnace fluid flow and temperature fields,which is conducive to better mechanical and Polysilicon reduction furnace complex reaction process.The results show that the conventional polysilicon reduction furnace can not form a fountain flow field that you can not form a relatively uniform temperature field,affecting the growth of polysilicon.Then the article improved polysilicon reduction furnace and a fluid outlet diameter polysilicon reduction furnace while improving the fluid outlet diameter and improved roof head ellipsoid to optimize the design,and the results show that only improved fluid outlet diameter reduction furnace to a certain extent improved the furnace flow field and temperature field,but can not be formed such that the fluid flow field fountains;while improved polysilicon reduction furnace fluid outlet diameter and improved roof head ellipsoid can be very good to improve the furnace flow field and temperature,it can make the flow field were fountains,and more uniform temperature distribution,while the mother around the rod temperature more suitable for the growth of polysilicon.The end result is recommended ellipsoidal head instead of sphericalhead,and restore the furnace to 80 mm diameter fluid outlet in the furnace will be able to make the fluid form a more perfect fountain flow field and uniform temperature distribution.
