In early stage of oilfield treatment of three-element sewage,“continuous flow aeration sedimentation + two-stage filtration" process was mainly used,and in order to further improve the sedimentation effect,"continuous flow floatation,sequencing batch aeration sedimentation and two-stage filtration" process was adopted,in combination with the air-water combined backwashing,and temperature-raising backwashing process.Moreover,the research on microbial treatment of three-element sewage was conducted to determine the treatment effect.This paper has analyzed and studied the operation process of continuous flotation sedimentation of the three-element sewage station for optimization,compared the sedimentation effect of different agent stages at different operating parameters,optimized the parameters such as reflux ratio of flotation and amount of dissolved gas,determined the optimal operating parameters to improve the treatment effect of three-element sewage,optimized the operating level of sequencing batch sedimentation process and contrasted the effects as compared with continuous flotation sedimentation process.Furthermore,the filter section air-water combined backwashing process and temperature-raising backwashing process were subjected to parameter optimization to improve the filtering material regeneration effect.The feasibility and treatment effect of microbial treatment of three-element sewage were studied,and some suggestions for the treatment process were put forward.
