In recent years,the micro gel flooding technology in Daqing oilfield has achieved good results.In order to further clarify the chrome micro gel flooding wells oil technology in the process of application layer selection principles and parameters of design standards,according to the Daqing Sanan Oilfield reservoir characteristics and fluid properties,combined with the static gelling performance evaluation and physical simulation results.The experimental results show that the gelling property of the micro gel system of water dilution in Daqing oilfield is good,which can ensure the gelling property of the system.Static gelling recommendation: polymer 550mg/L+ crosslinker concentration 7Omg/L.Under the condition of flow conditions(5 mesh and stainless steel mesh layer),the chromium micro gel system can be used to form a gel.Under the condition of dynamic shear,the formulation of the polymer is.The concentration of the polymer 950mg/L+ is 9Omg/L.In the high velocity region near the injection well,the chromium micro gel system will not gel and the system has good injectivity.Chrome micro gel system has good fluid diversion effect and deep flooding function,can avoid the high permeability layer breaking early and channeling,middle and low permeability layers better turning ability of liquid flow can make relatively poor be used effectively.The minimum permeability limit of oil layer is 100×10-3μm2.On the one hand,the chromium micro gel and polymer alternate injection process can play the role of the deep flow diversion of the chrome microgel,on the other hand,it can improve the effect of oil displacement by controlling the fluidity of the polymer.Three tube parallel core flooding experiment,when alternating round 4 times,chrome micro gel slug size is 0.05 PV,the polymer slug size is 0.06 PV,curing time is 3 days,the polymer slug with low concentration and high concentration form,improving the recovery rate was 24.52%.When the pre polymer slug size is 0.37 PV,chrome micro gel best injection volume is 0.02 PV,the optimum injection parameters of chrome micro gel system,can achieve the purpose of lowering the efficiency in the process of oilfield development,to know the actual development of the oil field has certain guiding significance.
