Optimization Of Lifting Technology And Its Economic Evaluation

With the old area of Daqing Oilfield Block development,surplus reserves is the most effective thickness of reserves is small,low abundance of reserves,exploitation will be more and more difficult.Although a lot of technical measures have been taken to the oil recovery equipment in most of the oil fields,the mechanical oil recovery equipment still occupies the dominant position.Because of the improper selection of the working mode and the choice of the corresponding pump type,the design life of the mechanical oil production equipment is greatly reduced,and the production capacity is seriously affected duing to a large number of mining methods.However,the cost of changing the existing oil extraction device is very large,in addition to the necessary funds and materials,but also to spend a lot of manpower.Therefore,before installing the construction of a mechanical recovery mode,doing a good job in technical and economic assessment of mining machine lifting method can play an important role for giving full play to the oil well productivity,enchancing EOR,maxizing oil investment and improving the economic benefits of the oilfield.In this paper,we use the existing technology to conduct in-depth study.According to the analysis of oil pumping machine,screw pump,electric pump,the investment structure and cost structure,which defines the three lifting technology investment and cost,from the angle of input and output,the technical and economic evaluation model of lifting process is established;according to the principle of balance of profit and loss,this paper sets up the economic limit oil production model,the economic limit cost model and the economic limit investment model of the three lifting techniques of pumping unit,screw pump and electric pump;through the use of single index evaluation model and a number of indicators evaluation model,the economic performance of the pumping unit,the electric pump and the screw pump in the same output and the output at different time are analyzed;according to the principle of less and fine,the principle of comprehensiveness,the principle of science,the comprehensive evaluation index system of lifting process technology is constructed,the index system mainly includes 3 main indexes of economy,technology and social effect,and the ideal solution ranking method is used in the comprehensive evaluation of different lifting techniques.The optimization and economic evaluation of different lifting techniques can provide reference for the selection of lifting technology in Daqing oilfield.
