UV curing acrylic adhesive is a new type of environmentally friendly,energy-saving adhesive.With the strengthening of people's environmental awareness,the state's attention to environmental protection has reached a new height,the traditional solvent-based adhesives have been seriously not meet the requirements of modern environmental protection.Therefore,green and new materials are more and more attention,especially UV curing adhesive,because of its fast curing,curing conditions are simple,wide range of applications,adhesive bonding performance advantages,in recent years much people s concern.At present,China's UV curing acrylic adhesive main development and application in optoelectronic materials,communications materials,building materials,metal materials and other industries.The purpose of this project is to prepare a high temperature UV curing acrylic adhesive,used in the most extensive electronic communications products in the production process.Not only does the adhesive require a good adhesion to the glass,but it also maintains the adhesion to the conductive glass and the substrate glass at a high temperature of 265 ° C.For the UVcurable adhesive system,the composition of the formula on the performance of the greatest impact,so this topic first discussed the composition of the adhesive system of the type and content of its high temperature performance.In this paper,the experimental method of high temperature baking simulation test and the characterization of thermogravimetric analysis instrument are discussed.First,the kind of acrylic oligomer and the effect of the change on the high temperature resistance and adhesive properties of the adhesive formulation system are discussed.Second,the type of reactive diluent and the amount of change on the performance of adhesive formulations of high temperature performance and adhesion effects;Third,the type of photoinitiator and its dosage changes on the adhesive system of high temperature performance And the impact of adhesive properties;Fourth,the type of antioxidants and their changes in the amount of adhesive formulations on the high temperature performance and adhesion performance;Fifth,the type of silane coupling agent and the amount of change on the adhesive Performance of the formulation system High temperature resistance and bonding effects.Synthesis of the above components of the test results obtained a comprehensive performance of the best formula.Secondly,the curing process of UV curing adhesive was discussed.The effect of curing time and curing environment on the high temperature resistance was discussed.Through the discussion: First,the high temperature performance of the adhesive in different curing time phase and microstructure changes;Second,effect of different content of photoinitiator on glass transition temperature of adhesive;Third,the adhesive in different Curing time of the infrared display of the characteristics of C = C double bond absorption peak changes.To find a reaction can be completely cross-linked adhesive curing conditions,and ultimately come to a more complete and excellent operation process.Finally,the UV-curable adhesive was tested by FI-IR,DMA,SEM and TGA.The excellent high temperature resistant UV curing adhesive was compared with the foreign standard,and the difference between the high temperature performance and the foreign standard was discussed.Combined with the theory of polymer science and bonding,the formula And process to modify and adjust to produce more to meet the needs of industrial production of UV curing adhesive.
