Screw pump oil system is usually applied in shallow wells with short service life,it has been a serious question waiting us to solve.Stator rubber fatigue is one of the most important reasons to lead to the failure of PCP according to the failure statistics of PCP well.At present,the fatigue test is an important method to test the fatigue life of rubber products,but it has the high cost,long cycle,so it is difficult to test the fatigue life of all kinds of rubber products.Including the analysis of geometric and material nonlinear analysis of rubber parts,the calculation is more complex,especially at present little research on fatigue performance of screw pump stator,especially simulation environment in the stator rubber oil.In order to make the fatigue life of screw pump stator rubber near the oil field environment,The fatigue life theory and numerical simulation of fracture mechanics theory of screw pump were studied.The prediction model was established under the condition of oil immersed screw pump stator rubber fatigue life,it is of great importance to study on the fatigue life of the screw pump.Testing the uniaxial tensile of thermotank oil and non oil under the condition of plane and shear at different temperatures are obtained under the condition of oil and non oil immersed stress strain curve under different temperature,reveals the oil and non oil under the condition of stress-strain relationship with the temperature trend.Analysis of two typical constitutive models fitting comparison by using the ABAQUS software,the fitting effect of constitutive model for temperature correction,oil immersed conditions,the constitutive model of a stator rubber material associated with a temperature dependent oil immersed screw pump is determined.Based on the constitutive model to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the screw pump above the corrected correlation with temperature of oil screw pump stator rubber material,analyzing the contact stress,the equivalent stress and strain distribution,the screw pump stator rubber fatigue dangerous section was established.According to the above theory,the different prefabricated incision oil and non oil conditions under normal temperature conditions under the rubber fatigue test specimen is tested,the fatigue life c curves at different prefabricated incision wasobtained under the condition of normal temperature oil and non oil medium,according to the equilibrium theory of elastic energy storage function,the relevant parameter prediction model of oil immersed at room temperature with non immersion medium underThe strain energy release rate of the stator rubber of the screw pump was determined according to the mechanical tests at different temperaturesAccording to the results of the analysis to determine the mechanical properties of screw pump,screw pump stator rubber strain energy release rate range,and prediction model under the condition of normal temperature and non oil immersion medium under the screw pump stator rubber based on the fatigue life prediction of the normal temperature and non oil immersion medium under the screw pump stator rubber fatigue life the results show that under the condition of normal temperature,screw pump by oil after the life span is significantly reduced.
