| In the process of drilling in loose sandstone reservoir dominated by horizontal wells,a large number of cuttings are produced,which serious influence the drilling operation,and even cause accidents,so the process of drilling fluid-carrying problem is particularly important,in view of this situation,sand flow law of horizontal well annulus helical flow were studied in this paper,to provide relevant technical support for drilling operation.In this paper,the application of PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry)experimental study on indoor particle velocimetry,establish the level of the annular swirling sand carrying experiment model,the PIV velocity speed technology and horizontal helical flow in the annular experimental model are combined to the development of intuitive,visual observation to the cuttings in the helical flow of migration and cuttings bed and the distribution of real-time monitoring of helical flow velocity.Stress analysis on debris mainly through the paper,the mechanical characteristics of particles in annular helical flow field,and through the analysis of PIV experiments of annular helical flow velocity contour,vector diagram,flow chart and pipeline pressure monitoring,the annulus flow model,the viscosity of the fluid and the rotation speed of the drill pipe and drill pipe influence of eccentric annular helical flow velocity distribution,the cuttings migration and cuttings bed development and annular pressure loss,annulus flow,the rotation speed of the drill pipe,the increase of fluid viscosity can effectively improve the cutting carrying rate,and when the annulus flow increased to1.8m3/h,the influence of annulus flow rate on sand carrying rate is dominant,this paper uses the PIV particle velocimetry technique and the level of the annulus vortex tube experimental model combined with the flow of the annulus is feasible,and the real Test data can provide effective data support for field operation,which has guiding significance for practical work. |
