Abstract/Summary:
Continuous casting production process is complex and the environment is poor.In the continuous casting site,the use of more traditional empirical method to determine the production process has already been unable to meet the needs of modern continuous casting production.For this reason,a lot of metallurgists are now working hard for numerical simulation of computer simulation of solidification process of continuous casting billet simulation which has became a working direction.It is very important to control and improve the quality of continuous casting slab products and to realize the optimization of continuous casting secondary cooling water and to realize the dynamic control of production by quantitative analysis of heat in the continuous casting billet solidification heat transfer process.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The overall composition of continuous casting billet solidification heat transfer process simulation system.Firstly,the simulation system of solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting billet is introduced.The function of the simulation system is designed,which includes the design of the simulation casting machine and the design of the secondary cooling control system.Secondly,the overall composition of simulation system is introduced,which includes simulation casting machine and continuous casting secondary cooling control system.The hardware platform and the software platform of the simulation system are introduced.The functions of each part are explained.And finally the communication mode is introduced.(2)The establishment of mathematical model of the solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting billet.Firstly,through the understanding of the continuous casting billet production process and the analysis of characteristics of continuous casting billet solidification heat transfer process of heat transfer.Secondly,the continuous casting billet solidification heat transfer mathematical model is established,which includes the selection of the object,the assumption in solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting billet,the mathematical model of the initial conditions and boundary conditions.And then the physical parameters are selected and processed.And finally the mathematical model is solved.(3)The realization of mathematical model software for solidification and heat transfer of continuous cast.Firstly,the Visual Basic.NET programming language is introduced.Secondly,the mathematical model software function of the solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting billet is designed.The numerical simulation and calculation results of the solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting billet are analyzed,which includes the temperature field and shell thickness of continuous casting slab under different speeds,the temperature field and shell thickness of continuous casting slab under different superheats,the accuracy and real-time of the change of slice distance,the accuracy of calculation and the real-time analysis of the number of meshing,which laid the foundation for on-line simulation of solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting billet and optimal control of secondary cooling water volume.(4)The establishment of continuous casting secondary cooling control system based on OPC technology.Firstly,the development of OPC and the research status at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the technology of OPC is introduced,which includes the composition,interface,communication,data access and advantages of OPC server.And then KepServer software configured,which includes channel,equipment,label.And finally the continuous casting secondary cooling control system which is based on OPC technology is established.(5)Simulation system debugging and operation.After finishing the communication between the simulation of casting machine and the PLC control system,the simulation system is debugged and the debugging process is introduced.The relevant parameters are calculated and the relevant curve are plotted and displayed in real time.It is concluded that the simulation system can run reliably,and the calculation precision and real-time performance meet the control requirements.
