In order to investigate the effect of the relative content of the phase in the ceramic membrane on the bioactivity of the membrane after TC4 micro-arc oxidation.The first scheme was selected as the electrolyte of the phosphate system with the formula Na2HPO4-KOH.The main oxidation phase of the ceramic film after micro-arc oxidation was anatase and after the micro-arc oxidation,650℃-750℃ range,every 5℃ for a range of annealing heat treatment,so that metastable anatase phase steady rutile phase conversion.Another method,the use of different systems of electrolyte,change the micro-arc oxidation discharge reaction release energy strength,adjust the degree of energy conversion inward,so that the anatase phase rutile phase of varying degrees of conversion.In the first scheme,the composition and relative content of the oxidation phase of the ceramic membrane were changed after the heat treatment in different temperature range.The XRD pattern analysis showed that the transformation of the anatase to rutile at 650 ℃-690 ℃ stage,the relative content of rutile phase is less.When the heat treatment temperature reaches 720℃-740℃,the transition of anatase to rutile is at a critical stage,and the transition rate is accelerated and the relative content of rutile increases rapidly.When the heat treatment temperature reaches 750℃,rutile into the main oxidation phase.In the second scheme,the micro-arc oxidation experiment was carried out by using the single factor method to change the micro-arc oxidation parameters and the oxidation time and the additive concentration.The XRD pattern was used to analyze the parameters.After changing these parametershe relative contents of the two kinds of oxidation phase on the surface of the oxidized ceramic membrane show different distribution trend.In the case of the phosphate electrolyte system,when the concentration of the additive is changed,the relative content of the phase.Tsehe phase change is limited and the anatase phase is the main oxidation phase.Under the silicate electrolyte system,the duty cycle of the pulse is changed.As the parameters increase,the degree of transformation of the anatase to rutile increases,and the proportion of rutile increases rapidly and becomes the main oxidation phase.Under different experimental conditions,the growth of hydroxyapatite was analyzed after alkalization and simulated body fluid culture.In the first experimental scheme,the bioactivity of the film showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the heat treatment temperature.After the heat treatment of the sample after 650℃ heat treatment,the bioactivity was good,and when the heat treatment temperature was above 690℃,the bioactivity of the membrane decreased significantly after culture.The experimental results showed that the bioactivity of the rutile phase increased with the increase of the experimental parameters,and the bioactivity of the layers was different the degree of decline.
