CNC machine tool guide laser multi-degree of freedom error Simultaneously measurement is the main trend of current CNC machine tool movement error measurement.How to measure more than two straight axis at the same time is the problem to be solved in this field during development.In this paper we analysed of relevant research both at home and abroad to solve the above problems.Base on the existing single-axis multi-degree of freedom geometric motion error simultaneous measurement device,a method of simultaneous measurement of two-axis multi-degree of freedom error is proposed,and the error of the important optical devices is analyzed too.In summary,the main work of this dissertation is as follows.1?The straightness of a NC machine tool is measured by the self-developed 6-degree-of-freedom(DOF)motion error simultaneous measurement system based on single fiber-coupled dual-frequency laser.The squareness is obtained by the linear fitting of the double-axle straightness.It can be seen from the measurement result that our system has high accuracy.Compared with a commercial measuring instrument the difference between the measured results is within 1".2?The corresponding error model is established by using ray tracing method,the measurement error of the squareness caused by the installation and processing error of the pentagonal prism is analyzed.Combined with MATLAB programming,ray propagation law and analytic geometry corresponding principle a digital model was established for moving target mirrors formed by double cube-corner prism.The iterative method is used to analyze the positioning error and the corresponding curve was given.3?In this paper,we first use the method of combining analytic geometry and ray propagation law,and the motion trajectory equation of collimated laser in corner cube prism is written.This method is suitable for the analysis of the drift of the light caused by the deviation of the prism.It has the advantages of strong application,high precision,flexibility and easy to understand.
