Dina gas-treatme.nt plan.t us.e glyc.ol as hy.drate inhi.bitor,usin.g the lo.w temp.erature sepa.ration proc.ess to.remove the wat.er in n.atural gas.Thr.ough inve.stigation on the spot,fi.nding that the av.erage co.nsumption of ethyle.ne glycol.increased year by year,e.thylene glycol concentration less th.an 5% between the rich and the poor,ethylene glycol operation efficiency is low.Rule out the re.ason of the equipment,this paper argues that the current ethylene glycol circulation system r.unning parameters may be unr.easonable,need to evaluate current running parameters of glycol circulation process.Using Hy.sys software to cons..truct the gl.ycol recycling tech.ique mo.del firstly,through input the parameters same with actual operation parameters.Match the outputs of Hysys with actual operation pa.rameters,to analysi.s the error betw.een both,the maximum error is only 8.2%.On this basis,analyzing some par.a.meters' s sensitivity such as Ethylene glycol injection,throttling tempera.ture,glycol barren solutio.n con.centration,regen.eration te.mperature,fin.d out a reaso.nable way to optimize gl.ycol circul.ation syst.em parame.ters in line with the actual situation.After optim.ize,comp.aring the a.ctual process operating parameters with optimal parameters to evaluate current running parameters to start judge.The evaluation results show that: part of parameters,such as Reboiler temperature,cooler operation temperature,JT throttle valve operation temperature and glycol barren solution concentration are controlled in good condition,actual operation parameters and the optimal operation parameters match degree is high,In 4 dehydr.ation hydrocar.bon dev.ices,the 3# consume.s 10%~20% glycol more than reasonable value,the consuming of glycol of 1#,2#,4# all are reasonable.The glycol rich liquid concentration still has room to improve bec.ause t.here ex.ist 5% differ wi.th the opti.mal concentration.For hel.ping the techni.cian staff fi.nd out the reaso.nable injecti.on and the et.hylene glycol concentration conveniently under the different temperature and flow rate of natural gas conditions.This paper established a “black box” by the BP neural network.The “black box” could replace the Hysys to predict because the simulation error less than 8.2% compare to Hysys.The “black box” can help the field staff to evaluate process parameters quickly,to guide the optimization of process parameters and process improvement.
