Compared with the conventional reservoir testing process,the resistance demanding of wear and heat for fracturing tools,wellhead,ground tube in tight reservoir fracturing operation is higher,it requires higher construction pressure and larger scale to solve production problems cause by high density,low porosity and low permeability of tight oil formation.The flow-back period of tight reservoir is longer because its high flow back rate and low filtration.To supply a better solution for tight reservoir production,we have developed fracturing technologies such as seam fracturing and steering fracturing.but there are still some problems need to be solved in the well-testing operation and evaluation method for tight reservoir.The paper innovations focuses on tight oil horizontal well testing technology,location operation test,data acquisition and interpretation evaluation research:(1)The improvement of construction technological process includes design the fracturing devices application in multiple-well fracturing such as three-to-six crossover,matching wellhead and surface manifold,optimize the surface process in sand control for deep gas well,develop supporting technology suitable for the tight reservoir fracturing.(2)The supporting technology included horizontal wells multiphase flow measurement technology,automatic oil-water separation technology,sedimentation tank automatic metering technology has been developed for horizontal well drainage production and downhole tools application which could solve the problems in automatic separation and accurate measurement for well testing of horizontal well effectively.(3)The production method has been developed for controlling at the early blowout stage and discharge in the production vertical wells,it is great significance for sand preventing and controlling by rationalizing the process in blowout stage.(4)It is available to obtain the new optimized production theory and two methods in long-term productivity evaluation by researching the productivity change rules in elastic recovery conditions,which should provides a basis for oilfield later-developed guiding principle by the long-term productivity prediction method application in making production well program.
