Optimized Design Of Oil And Gas Gathering And Transportation And Storage Technology

Moriqing oil field is the first demonstration project of China's oil standardization design,meanwhile it is one of the main blocks in Jilin oil field to increase its production and reserves.Based on the development model of Moriqing oil field,it simplifies and optimizes the process,improve the efficiency of the equipment,reduce the investment of the project,and plan the whole project to meet the current development situation and the future demand.In this paper,taking the Moriqing oilfield for example,the optimal design of oil and gas gathering,storage and transportation technology is described,which includes the optimization of the overall layout,the simplification of the station style,the optimization of the external transmission,the closed oil and gas gathering and transportation,the design of crude oil stability and optimization of light hydrocarbon recovery technology,simplification of oil well metering,optimization of gathering and transportation pipeline,improvement and application of high efficiency equipment(three-phase separator,air purifier and electric dehydrator),design scheme of external transmission system and optimization of station layout."Four new" results(new technology,new technology,new equipment,new materials)is applied to standardize,optimize and simplify the ground engineering technology,and a set of advanced technology is formated,this technology accords with the characteristics of Moriqing oilfield construction projects,reaching the domestic advanced level of economic and reasonable,easy management,safety and environmental protection,reliable operation,reduce investment in the project,it reduces operating costs,safety and environmental protection,energy saving,establish a good image of Chinese oil companies,access to better social and economic benefits.Through the optimization,standardization,simplification of the Moriqing ground construction,the development of new technologies,combined with appropriate technology,the establishment of a new ground style,in order to achieve the goal of comprehensive utilization of oil and gas resources.The application of these equipment,technology and process in the Moliqing Oilfield can further simplify the ground construction of the oilfield,promote the further improvement of the level of ground construction in the Moliqing Oilfield,and achieve a highly efficient rolling development of the Moriqing Oilfield,Green exclusive construction mode,for the development of other similar oil fields,it put forward for reference information,which has great practical significance and applicable value.
