Oil Piping Design Research

The preliminary design of crude oil pipeline is carried out in the dissertation. By means of a series of calculation, the construct, running regulations and operation parameters of crude oil pipeline are designed. The design includes specification of engineering, specification of calculation and design drawing. The dissertation involves the selection of the most economic pipe diameter, the choosing of site of the pumping station, the ascertaining of equipment type,the establishment of running regulations and the analysis of economic benefit for the pipe system, etc.The author draw the following conclusion through calculation: GDI991 crude oil pipeline is ?508×8 long distance crude oil pipeline. The total pipeline includes a initial station, a final station, two heating stations and three heating and pumping stations. The design flow selects the mode of pump to pump obturation transport flow., and the art of first furnace then pump. It chooses the cathode protection measurements to avoid corruption. The transportation price in the production process is the most sensitive factor. Meantime, the author draws the collocation drawing of the site of the pump, the originating station ichnography.
