Intergrated Design Of "JOMOO" Bathroom Hardware's Packaging

With the improvement of people's living needs,the transformation has brought to sanitary products.In the context of economic globalization,the invasion of the overseas sanitary brand poses a more serious challenge to local sanitary brand.If the national brands want to win the market in such a competitive environment,in addition to the quality of the products,the packaging design also play an important role in this competition,reasonable and individualized designs can enhance the added value and competitiveness of the brand.Although JOMOO Bathroom Hardware started late,it has a certain influence both at home and abroad with the penetration of its excellent product design and the enterprise culture.Case analysis was used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of packaging design of bathroom hardware both at home and abroad.Giving consideration to the consumers' demands before and after purchasing,integrated package design was blended in the package of bathroom hardware.The whole process of packaging design,storage,transportation,consumption,use,discarding and recycling were considered thoroughly.The method of market investigation,and case analysis were used to visit and investigate each big building material market to understand the advantages anddisadvantages of JOMOO Bathroom Hardware in enterprise culture and packaging.The measure and design of dimensions were made aiming at the product characteristic of JOMOO.Finally verification method of cushioning experiment was used to validate the cushion packaging.The graduation design not only reduced the breakage condition caused by external environment's extrusion through the design of packaging structure,but also drew lessons from the theory of man-machine engineering to involve the structure design in the packaging design,which made the transportation more convenient,at the same time,visual guide design was adopted to let the consumers know how to install the product after they buy it,which not only added the interaction between consumers and packaging,but also greatly increased the added value of the brand.
