| The problems such as paper measure,decomposition and so on appear in the process of business in the packaging and printing department.The current methods are mainly manual measurement and mechanical equipment measurement.As the manual count is influenced by the subjective factors,the mechanical equipment is easy to cause damage to the paper,The article designs the counting system of paper stack indirectly based on machine vision,which uses machine vision to identify paper and measure the thickness of the paper,using a digital height gauge to measure the total height to calculate the number of sheets.The main research contents of the article and relevant conclusions are as following:Aiming at the problem that the number of standard sheets is large,the detection height is high,The single perspective imaging is difficult to get the overall information,while multiple points of view omnidirectional imaging is too expensive,the counting method of the splicing after the segmented image is collected,the algorithm is more complicated.The indirect counting method of sampling is designed.Firstly,the total height of the stacking paper is measured with a digital height gauge,And then the upper,middle and lower sides of the stack are sampled to establish the paper pressure thickness model.The thickness of a standard sheet is calculated by visual method,Finally,the total number of sheets is estimated based on the ratio of the total height to the sheet thickness.Experiments show that the method is simple and quick,and the accuracy is high.In order to solve the problem that the paper counting threshold is difficult to be selected after the image segmentation with the global feature,the design algorithm detects the number of paper between the marks according to the paper edge gray scale transition feature.First of all,from the color distribution of the marker analysis,you can use the gray projection method to determine the starting and ending points of the count.Secondly,in order to protect the paper edge features,and select the smoothing filter of protecting edge to filter processing,and uses 2 dGabor filter to enhance paper edge.Finally,due to the inevitable existence of the stack of paper protrusion or floating,loose paper,wide gap and other issues,the paper arranges the spatial position relation and the paper average width to analyze and estimate,effectively controls the situation of the missed test and the false detection,and improves the counting accuracy rate.In this way,counting accuracy can reach more than 98%.Finally,an automated paper stack counting system is designed and a series of similar stack of different batches is counted.The results show that the effect of the above 1 m detection high of the paper stack counting is ideal,the counting accuracy is above 99%,the factors of errors and the optimization direction are analyzed simultaneously. |
