Diatomite is a kind of nonmetallic mineral material which has the natural nanometer aperture.It has many unique advantages such as high adsorption,large specific surface area and high porosity.And diatomite is also a better carrier material.This thesis uses the physical and chemical methods to load diatomite with nano-TiO2.Researching how to increase the photocatalytic performance for nano-TiO2/diatomite.Prepare the composite photocatalyst material which is both have high catalytic activity and easy recycling.This thesis uses the titanium tetrachloride as titanium source and uses the diatomite as carrier.Use the hydrolysis-precipitation method to prepare the nano-TiO2/diatomite composite materials.And using XRD,SEM,FT-IR and TG characterization methods,such as analysis,so as to get a different pretreatment methods of diatomaceous earth structure and the comparison of adsorption performance,choose the appropriate pretreatment sent us.By adopting the combination of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment method,through the load of nanometer TiO2,calcination temperature and calcination time three factors to determine the best technology of preparation of nano TiO2/diatomite composite material conditions as follows:35%of nano TiO2 load,600? calcination temperature and calcination time of 3 h.Research the TiO2/diatomite composite photocatalyst degradation of dye adsorption properties.Dye degradation efficiency increased with the increase of initial concentration of dyeing liquid;The dye degradation solution efficiency increased with the amount of TiO2/diatomite composite photocatalytic materials increasing;The dye degradation solution efficiency decreases with the increase of pH value.Composite materials of rhodamine B removal efficiency as high as 96.77%.The diatomite sheet with thickness of 5 mm was prepared by using diatomaceous earth and other materials.The plates were coated with wallpaper and wall cloth respectively.The purification efficiency and durability of formaldehyde and toluene were studied.
