The paper feeding mechanism of Heidelberg high-speed printing mechanism imported from Germany is a typical and representative cam linkage mechanism with floating push rod.First of all,the original form is chosen as the research object,and then methods of performance evaluation and dimension synthesis are studied deeply through the extension evolution.The thesis analyses performance evaluation of object mechanism.The dimension synthesis theory and visualization software are established based on the performance evaluation index.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The performance evaluation system consists of the first pressure angle between the cam and roller(cam high pair)and the second pressure angle between the floating link and the output member(hinge low pair).It lays the foundation for the research of dimensional synthesis theory.(2)Based on the performance evaluation index,the complex mapping relationship between performance parameters,dimension parameters and motion parameters is established.Then the weight distribution of evaluation index is determined.(3)The paper explores type II dimension synthesis tasks of the force-drive cam mechanism under “releasing cam axis O1”.It determines the shape distributions of solution domain and the non-solution domain of cam axis,and provides the solution interval and non-interval of roller center.Further,this study gives a set of optimal mechanism solutions.(4)The thesis explores broad-sense type II dimension synthesis tasks of the positive-drive cam mechanism.Especially the equal-span cam mechanism,it reveals the inherent law of each moving angle and characteristic relationship between main and auxiliary rollers,and determines law of return movement.(5)Based on the synthesis theory,the dimension synthesis software of cam linkage mechanism with floating push rod is developed by using Visual Basic as program language.Through the deep research on the theory and method of dimension synthesis,the interdependent relationship among these basic dimensions of mechanism is found,and many important conlusions are obtained.These have important theoretical value and practical significance in promoting the wide engineering application of object mechanism.
