Research On Testing And Management Of XD Pipeline Project

With China's economic development,the country's demand for oil and gas energy is increasing.Many domestic long-distance pipelines have been completed and put into operation.As we all know,pipeline transportation is the most economical,safe,efficient and convenient transportation way for oil and gas energy.In recent years,natural gas pipeline design technology is improving.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the pipeline service period,the measures taken are more stringent,and the detection of oil and gas pipeline welding quality is more important.Choose the XD pipeline detection project which is undertaken by DQ testing company as the main object of study.By summarizing the domestic and international research status about project management,project management and engineering testing and other related theories,analysis the current situation of the XD pipeline project detection which is implemented by DQ testing company and point out the main problems of XD pipeline detection during the preparation,implementation and acceptance stage.The research shows that the qualification of the XD pipeline project detection is not perfect,problems exist in the project department resident site and the irrational allocation of material during the preparation stage.Safety management measures are not in place,the implementation of quality management awareness needs to be strengthened,the project schedule is not reasonable and the cost management control is not during the construction stage.There are problems existing during the acceptance stage that the numbers and the names of the project do not match with the actual testing project and the completion of data is not perfect.In order to sovle the problems existing in XD pipeline detection project and achieve the overall efficiency of detection project,the author proposes the following measures: firstly,to improve the project department and the location of the resident environment,strengthen quality management,optimize the detection resource allocation;secondly,to focus on four core tasks including the quality management,project cost management,safety management and schedule management in the implementation stage of the project detection.Finally,through strengthening the data and film of the detection and the completion data management,in order to guarantee the detection project work smoothly during the acceptance stage.
