Based on different types of oil low temperature performance index on the basis of experiment,this paper confirms the limit of t low temperature storage of crude oil,and establishes the oil in tank in the process of heat transfer and flow system of differential equationson the basis of crude oil temperature drop characteristics,using 3D unstructured grid generation technique and finite element method for solving discrete model.Through VISUAL FORTRAN 6.6 programming language to develop the crude oil storage tank temperature drop calculation program,the paper simulates different capacity and level of tank temperature drop law for the different environment conditions,which obtains the center oftemperature drop curveunder the condition of different environment,different capacity and level of the tank.In this paper,heat transfer characteristics of the hot oil circulation and coil heating mode are analyzed,mathematical modeldescribing the heat transfer process is set up,and in the same conditions,heating energy consumption of the storage tank under the different size and different liquid level height are compared.Under the safety of oil storage and the needing of transmission task,with hot oil circulation process scheme of the lowest energy costs as the goal,with hot oil pump displacement,the outlet temperature of the cooling medium of heat exchanger and heat exchanger and hot oil pump operation plan as the decision variables,hot oil circulation process optimization mathematical model is set up,which is solved by the hierarchical optimization method.In this paper,For minimizing the total heat lossof all tanks as target at a certain time,andwith operation mode of different storage tank and oil to send and receive time as decision variable,oil tank transceiver cycle optimization mathematical model is established.Based on the numerical simulation of single oil tank temperature drop rule,the temperature drop calculation methods of storage tank group is established,and under the condition of same transceiver oil,respectively calculates storage tank temperature drop and heating energy consumption for the grouping parallel and grouping series way.
