Fuyu reservoir of JiLin oilfield is a typical "three low" reservoir,the horizontal well staged fracturing technology is usually utilized to achieve production in store.Because the cementing two interface cementing strength is small,before a purpose layer pressure when fracturing,the second interface have been crushed to form first leap into circulation,if the packer is bad will cause the interlayer channeling.Therefore,the stand or fall of the second interface in the process of fracturing pressure ability is the key to success of the evaluation of fracturing operation.Cementing of the second interface pressure ability is an important index for the design of the fracturing operation parameters,parameter design is not reasonable cause late fracturing interlayer channeling,formation water,the phenomenon such as pressure into the adjacent layer,affect the later period of the implementation of the oil well stimulation.According to features of horizontal well bore,considering the non-uniform in-situ stress in horizontal wellbore,non-uniform in-situ stress was established under the action of horizontal well cementing interface stress distribution calculation model;At the same time in the process of fracturing the pressure inside the borehole stress distribution on the borehole wall,the influence of horizontal well fracturing process was established two interface stress distribution calculation model.Set up to take off the viscous force model of horizontal well cementing two interface,can be calculated under different consolidation strength of second interface debonding stress and debonding length,at the same time,the model for the analysis of different cement annulus and formation properties influence on the interface debonding length to provide a theoretical basis.Establish two horizontal well cementing interface fracture mechanics model,can calculate the crack under different failure length along the second interface extension required pressure value,the establishment of the model for the analysis of the influence of different consolidation strength of second interface failure length to provide a theoretical basis.Fuyu area of jilin oil field is analyzed in the horizontal two interface cementation quality on its bearing capacity,and the region are obtained for two different horizontal well cementation strength interfacial debonding stress,debonding length and the influence of length of failure.Presented fracturing horizontal well cementing two interface integrity evaluation principle,analyzes the different cementation strength,elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio of fracturing parameters effect on the integrity of the second interface of horizontal well cementing,ensuring the integrity of the second interface fracturing packer minimum spacing,the results of the study for the design of horizontal well fracturing operation parameters to provide the necessary guidance.
