This paper is studied on the plants of the genus rutaceae zanthoxylum bungeanum bamboo pepper fruit of its essential oil extraction process optimization and corresponding function.Main structure of this paper is as follows:1.Using water distillation,through single factor experiment and orthogonal optimization method of bamboo leaves pepper essential oil extraction process optimization,it is concluded that the best extraction process for the material liquid than 1:30,distillation time 100 min,microwave auxiliary time 2.0 min.Under conditions of the optimal extraction process,the bamboo pepper essential oil yield was 4.01%.And microwave auxiliary time had the greatest influence on bamboo leaves pepper essential oil yield,followed by distillation time.2.GC-MS was used to analyze the essential oil,and 25 kinds of substances were identified by the analysis.The main ingredients were dilute and alcohol,among which there were three main components.There are three main components,namely Cineole(36.19%),g-Terpinene(21.31%)and 3-Carene(8.45%).3.This chapter,We choosed 3 kinds of gram-negative bacteria:escherichia coli,proteus,and enteroaerogen,5 kinds of gram-positivebacteria:bacillussubtilis,Bacillus mucilaginosus,Bacillus cereus,bacillus thuringiensis,staphylococcus aureus,and 5 kinds of fungi:saccharomycetes,rhizopus,Aspergillus,aspergillus,Fuarium oxysporum,to study bacteriostatic effect of bamboo leaves pepper essential oil.Results showed that the bamboo leaves pepper essential oil inhibition had a broad spectrum of bacteria,and for gram positive bacteria inhibition effect was stronger than the gram-negative bacteria,fungus inhibitory effect was not obvious.4.With the extract of bamboo leaves pepper essential oil as material,treating mice using two types of incense and three dose,the results showed that all testing methods had a increase on superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)of the mice,but a decrease on malondialdehyde(MDA)content,it also showed a good linear with the increase of the dose.It reached significant difference in both middle dose and high dose,which indicated that on the dose range study,bamboo pepper essential oil had a good antioxidant effect in mice.In Fatigue experiment,two treatments of bamboo leaves pepper essential oil had increased both small weight loading swimming and climbing pole time of the mice,and effects of both middle dose and high dose were remarkable,which indicated that bamboo pepper essential oil had a very good effect on Fatigue test of mice.By observing,2 hours after eating,the sleep rate of mice was increased by essential oils incense treatment,and with the increase of time and dose,the effect is more obvious.From the point of processing mode,under the same test dose,humidifying fumigation method are better than dry fumigation in antioxidant effect,the degree of fatigue,and improvement on the sleep rate of mice.5.Through the results of the extraction process and the way of processing,we summed up that the bamboo leaves pepper essential oil of microwave-assisted incense device,for the vast number of social groups,has characteristics like simple structure,easy to control,and mild conditions.
