Increasingly serious dust pollution has become a bottleneck problem of atmospheric environmental quality in China.In recent years,the social economy and urbanization process of our country obtained high speed development,but the atmospheric environment that people live in suffered serious damage.Therefore dust control has become a widely discussed topic and an important subject environmentalists researching.At present,the dust removal mechanisms of various dedusters were conducted in-depth research.The results of that have a positive effect to governance of atmosphere environment,but do not solve the problems fundamentally,such as low-efficiency,high energy-consumption,high cost consumption,complex structure of dedusters and so on.This paper solve the problems base on traditional method by a multilayer counter-current spray column,such as low efficiency,high water consumption,high energy consumption.This study have a great significance to technology of dust removel.In the spray studies used to focus on the total dust removel efficiency,while ignoring the change of atomized droplet diameter due to the spray pressure changes affect dust removel efficiency.So in this paper,on the basis of the existing spray dust removel mechanism,the image measurement technology was adopted to measure the atomized droplet diameter of the nozzle.The results showed that the general trend of the change of atomized particle size as follows: with the increase of the spray pressure,average atomized droplet diameter decrease correspondingly.When the spray pressure increased from 0.2MPa to 0.4MPa,the average atomized droplet range from 456?m to 219?m.the rangeability of that approximated linear relationship;when the spray pressure range from 0.5MPa to 0.6MPa,the average atomized droplet decrease from 176?m to 165?m.The curve of that is relatively flat.And measuring the corresponding relationship between spray pressure and water flow repetitively.The results show that the spray pressure range from 0.1MPa to 0.8MPa,the corresponding average water flow increase from 0.6L/min to 2.1L/min,the rising curve is linear trend.According to the results of atomized droplet diameter experiment,an experimental device was built up to study the dust removal characteristics in multilayer spray column scrubber with dust particles,air and water as experiment medium.The operating parameters which influence dust removal efficiency were analyzed,such as volume ratio of liquid to gas,average velocity of gas in column,inlet dust loading and spray pressure.The results showed that the spray layer have most significant influence to dust removal.The efficiency of three-layer column scrubber increased by more than 15% compared with the traditional washing tower,and inlet dust loading have little impact on it.Spray pressure increased can enhance the efficiency of dust removal obviously.When spray pressure was 0.5~0.6MPa,the dust removal efficiency will be stable.Under the same operating parameters,reduced the average velocity of gas in scrubber appropriately will help to improve dust removal efficiency.For the three-layer column scrubber,the best average velocity of gas was 0.6~0.8m/s.In this experiment,dust removal efficiency can reach 98.3% in three-layer spray column scrubber,when spray pressure was 0.6MPa,the average velocity of gas in column was 0.6m/s,and volume ratio of liquid to gas was 5.27.
