At present,bag filter is widely used in every field,we need to measurement the differential pressure of import and export in the process of bag filter to ensure the filtering effect.When the differential pressure did not meet the requirements of the filter,the filtering effect will seriously be affected.Therefore,determine the main factors influencing the pressure loss through the simulation analysis of filter bag,given the changing laws of pressure loss,and change the filter bag according to the forecast in time to ensure the efficient working of the filter,the method with profound implications for the widely used of bag filter.In this paper,a mathematical model of fluid flow is established,the fluid flow state is turbulent flow in the filter,and the fluid dynamics model of the turbulent flow status is established,analyzes its flow state.The passage flow part of the filter has carried on the grid using adaptive tetrahedron grid technology by ANSYS ICEM CFD software,and check the quality of grid through the grid check software to meet the requirement for the quality of the grid of CFX which is the computational fluid dynamics software,and guarantee the calculation accuracy.Relay on the above model,numerical calculation on the fluid flow state through the CFX,and the factors affecting of the pressure loss of filters is obtained.The correlation curve of porosity and pressure loss is set up through the analysis of porosity-velocity vector distribution,porosity-total pressure distribution and porosity-flow line distribution,and analysis the influence of porosity on pressure loss.The correlation curve of outlet pressure,outlet flow velocity,viscosity,and the pressure loss is established using the same method,and the pressure loss of the filter influence laws were analyzed.It can be known from the calculation that whether single filter bag or five filter bag,the changing laws of pressure loss with porosity,outlet pressure,the outlet flow and viscosity are the same.As the increase of porosity,the pressure loss showed a trend that decrease after the first increase,in a word,the total pressure loss is not obvious.With the increase of outlet pressure,the pressure loss of filter bag increases gradually,when the outlet pressure increases to 1.5 MPa,the pressure stabilized gradually,and the pressure loss is smaller.With the increase of flow velocity at the exit,the pressure loss has increased dramatically,and the velocity and pressure loss are present to linear correlation.With the increase of viscosity,the pressure loss increases,and the curve approximation linear direct ratio increases.
