| As the heavy oil become worse for RFCCU,the economic benefits of plant operation gradually dominate in the refinery,long-time cycle of the unit has become the pursuit of goal in the refinery.However,part of reactor-regenerator section overheat,even more than the design temperature,that is because of high temperature of reactor-regenerator shell wall and the erosive wear of concrete lining.Reactor-regenerator section is the central equipment of RFCCU.The high temperature catalyst may damaged the wall of the carbon steel,which can be punched though abrasion.Unplanned downtime is coming because of the damaged wall of reactor-regenerator section.Infrared thermal techniques and Infrared thermal equipment has been all-round development,the clarity and accuracy of Infrared detection heat map have been improved to a great extent.The overheat area of reactor-regenerator section is scaned comprehensively through advanced thermal infrared imager.The infrared scanning heat maps were analyzed,so that wo get the overheat area.The main overheat area include: 90 ° and 45 ° elbow position,falling catalyst position of pressure vessel nozzle,pressure vessel nozzle weld jointan and the middle position of the pressure vessel.Analogue simulation of90 °elbow applied in analyzing model damaged concrete lining.Solidworks modelin、Gambit meshing and Fluent calculating are used in analyzing solid-gas flow.The area of easy abrasion is found,that provide theoretical basis for concrete lining abrasion and production monitoring guidance for practical operation.In the article,the destructional form and different structures of the concrete lining is analyzed.The overheat massive area is connected with scouring and abrasion,the banding area with lining cracking,the middle position of the pressure vessel with the construction process and the drying process of concrete lining,the narrow area with eddy and jet stream.Engineering management measures is set out through inspection and analysis of the overheat area:Steel plate is welded outside the pressure vessel,which can solve the overheat and abrasion;the repairing and exchanging of lining are worked out a programme;the construction quality and lining drying are controlled strictly all the prograss.We will safeguard the long term operation smoothly of RFCCU. |
