Under the circumstances of oil resources has become increasingly nervous,that improve the oil drilling,drilling and other production process automation level,improve the efficiency of key parameter detection,reduce energy consumption,reduce environmental pollution is a research hot spot of related technology developers.The fluid rheological parameter is an important parameter that must be monitored closely in the course of drilling,currently used in measuring equipment mainly imported from the United States,Germany,the price is very expensive,mostly installed in laboratory,a small amount can be carried to the production site.The mode of measurement is offline.In this paper,a direct tube type on-line viscosity measuring device is designed in combination with domestic and international situation.The device consists mainly of measuring system and data collection and processing system,the measuring system consists mainly of four parts,(1)constant current pump,(2)4 segment diameters,(3)flowmeter,(4)4 group pressure sensors.Using the coriolis flowmeter,the measurement of drilling fluid density,temperature and flow rate is achieved.Automatic measurement and data acquisition with microprocessors,PC implements data storage and processing.The data collection and processing system consists of the smallest system,the data storage module,the communication module,the output module of the switch,the analog input module,etc.The measuring accuracy of the device is 5-150mpa*s,and the measurement precision satisfies 5%,which can be used instead of the rotational viscometer for the real-time on-line measurement of drilling fluid viscosity.This system selects based on ARM architecture(M4 kernel STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer as the core processor,establish a section differential pressure,flow rate,density and temperature as auxiliary variables,such as apparent viscosity of drilling fluid rheology parameter real-time measurement model of the dominant variable.Finally,the paper makes joint debuts in the laboratory,and the results show that the viscosimeter anti-interference capability is strong,stable and reliable.Developed product has simple operation,short time consuming,measurement results,facilitate remote transmissio n characteristics,can fundamentally change the existing model for measuring the parameters of drilling fluid rheological property,significantly improve the efficiency of the parameters,such as drilling fluid rheological property measurement,and promote the drilling production technology progress,improve the drilling production automation level to lay a solid technical foundation,has a strong market demand.
