The surfactant molecules have special chemical structure, which can self-assemble to form a variety of structure in aqueous solution.Phase behaviors and rheological properties of surfactants get extensive research in recent years.Phase behaviors of surfactant compound system usually differ from that of single surfactant system. In some cases, surfactant compound system can self-assembled to more complex structures. And the phase behaviors and some properties can also be changed by simple composition change. In surfactant compound system,anion/anion surfactant compound systems have become a hot research topic because of the advantages of various kinds and cheap prices. This all have important guiding significance for surfactant formula improvement and process improvement. In addition, the change of external conditions can cause the change of surfactant micelle behavior. So in practice, usually make detergent products achieve required physical and chemical properties by adding inorganic salts and other additives in surfactant solution. The influence of viscosity of additives to surface active agent is an important factor to be considered in production. The research of rheological properties of surfactant compound system has great significance for guiding actual industrial production. This paper mainly studies the following two aspects:The phase behaviors and rheological behaviors of LAS/AES/H2O system was studied under room temperature(25℃).The phase was determined by means of polarizing microscope and small-angle X-ray scattering. The Rheological properties were measured by rheometer. Then the phase diagram and rheological phase diagram of LAS/AES/H2O system at room temperature(25℃)were obtained. The results show that when water content is high, the LAS/AES/H2O system is at the lamellar or micellar phase. As the concentration of LAS and AES increases, the phase of the system begins to turn from lamellar or micellar phase to hexagonal phase. When the concentration of LAS becomes high, the system comes into lamellar phase.Cubic phase was seldomly observed in the phase diagram. In addition, the entire phase diagram includes four transitional phases. For the determination of rheological phase diagram, all the samples were measured by rheological method, and viscosity distribution was divided by the viscosity values. It can be found that the viscosity distribution is closely related with phases.Research the effects of different additives to the phase behaviors and rheological behaviors of LAS/AES/H2O system by using the industrial common additives as research objects. The results showed that the adding of different additives can make different changes of liquid crystal phase in the system.Propylene glycol and Sodium cumenesulfonate had little effect to LAS/AES/H2O system.Fatty acid can promote the phase of LAS/AES/H2O system to hexagonal phase, which made the viscosity increases.Sodium chloride can reduce the viscosity of sample.
