Anye 1 well is the Southwest Branch of victory and Chinese geologrical survey of oil and gas resources research center and Guizhou Wujiang hydropower Guizhou first shale gas company,the wells drilled in the construction process,good oil and gas shows in the Permian Qixia formation in Silurian shiniulan formation drilling high pressure gas reservoirs,main exploration layer five peak Longmaxi shale gas is well showed that this is the Guizhou oil and gas exploration and development in the history of an important breakthrough,a new chapter in the exploration of oil and gas resources in China and its significance.Drilling safety is always the most important thing during petroleum gas exploration.Considering that the complexity of stratum determines the risk of drilling well,summarizing the drilling experience in such kind of work area is indispensable in order to laying foundation for succeeding drilling work.Air drilling happened in fracture and karst developed area and collapse phenomenon happened in water sensitive stratum during the drilling of Anye 1 well are typical problems in shale gas exploration and development.Therefore,combining and analyzing the geological recognition and engineering measures not only can provide some reliable technical suggestions to reduce the risk and cost of drilling work in this area,but also is of significant for oil and gas exploration in South China.The study area locates at the Anchang syncline in Wuling folds region.After comprehensively analyzing the geological background,complexity of stratum,equipments,and techniques utilized during the drilling work,we summed up four major problems: Karst leakage,shale instability collapse,with a wellhead multiple pressure system,in-depth study of influence of drilling fluid on wellbore stability,analyze the mechanism to solve the upper strata caused by deterioration of rheological properties of slurry and fast drilling rock difficult problem under the condition of laboratory selected articles,has strong flocculation capability and the good shear thinning of low solid polymer drilling fluid system of potassium ammonium polymer drilling fluid;to collapse with shale hydration spalling,problems with good sealing ability to collapse the polysulfonate drilling fluid system.Among them,polysulfonate drilling fluid is composed of polymer drilling fluid is added to the conversion,part of sulfonated material based on polymer drilling fluid,adding FT-1 plugging particles,can achieve good effect of plugging anti sloughing.From different manufacturers of the same treatment agent was selected,a nd different effects of single agent dosage on mud properties of orthogonal ex periment to determine the optimal formula of drilling fluid,drilling fluid form ulation and performance adjustment and a series of experiments,the drilling fluid formulation has achieved excellent performance in an application Anye 1 wells to determine the drilling strata condition.Finally,the solution formula f or:4%NV-1+0.1%NaOH+0.3%KPAM+0.6%NH4HPAN+0.3%CMC-LV+2%FT-1+2%ZX-8+2%SMC+2%SMPAccording to the laboratory test results,strict on-site application,firstopen the upper strata by gas drilling,second open lower into polymer drilling fluid;three or four open formation by polysulfonate anti sloughing drilling fluid system,anti sloughing with high molecular polymer,with resin and asphalt plugging anti sloughing lubricant with.To further improve the lubricating ability of drilling fluid.The whole drilling process has a good effect,no accident occurred in the whole well,and the completion of the Anye 1 well is to achieve the purpose of the study.
