Research On The On-line Monitoring System Of Fine Iron Power

As the domestic and foreign iron and steel industry demand for steel market increasingly expands,technological capabilities of domestic and foreign iron and steel mine production of iron powder has continued to improve.On-line monitoring of the iron powder grade can timely detect iron grade values in the iron powder and their changes,which is the most important aspects in the process of ore dressing production,line monitoring can timely adjust the process parameters to ensure the product quality of iron powder and to ensure the qualified rate of products.So far in the ore dressing test field,the online monitoring analysis of iron powder grade and communication transmissio n achievement are the important bottleneck problem needed to solve in the automation research of grade.On-line monitoring of the iron powder grade adopt USB communication in data communications,because the USB interface has spread to be supported by more and more motherboard chip,and,at present,computers configure at least one USB port.As ideal data transmission equipment,the USB is more suitable for off-site test and measurement transmission.In this paper,based on the method of data transmission of the USB interface,investigate the iron powder grade testing methods,develop the data communications transmission module of iron powder line monitoring system iron grade which is urgent need to solve of mine.This article discusses the test principle of the online monitoring of the iron powder grade,researches the basis method based on the self-inductance of inductor sensor measurement,provides the achievement method based on online monitoring and communication systems of USB-iron grade program,designs microcontroller system hardware circuits with STM32F103 as the core contro l chip,uses the USB interface technology to achieve high-speed,low-cost data transmission communications.Based on USB 2.0 version protocol,we conduct the USB firmware programming,drivers,and application development design,software programming modules comprise the parameter setting module,data acquisition modules,waveform display module,data analysis and processing module and data print module and so on.Thesis for the realization of ore dressing production,sales and management process in iron powder grade-line monitoring has great practical significance.
