Servo press is widely used in cutting, punching, fill material, bending, riveting, etc. process is an important link in the process of industrial production. Slider displacement precision influences the molding quality, in order to realize the slider displacement under the specific conditions of the precise control and make the machining process more visualization, this paper takes four connecting rod press as study object, takes the drawing process curve as an example, and provides a set of servo control system design scheme based on newton iteration method, aiming at providing a reference for the servo press control system design.First of all, establish the four kinematic equation by geometric method, establish the model on the MATLAB/Simulink platform, simulation experiment, study the movement characteristics and law system of mechanical structure and get the corresponding relationship between the crank angle and the displacement of the sliding block.Secondly, take STM32 as the control core, supplemented by the arm development board, complete the design for power system, interface conversion, driving, high voltage control, current detection circuit, etc. Complete the system hardware construction, and provide a working platform for the follow-up researches.Then, use MATLAB to fit the target process curve, program and complete multi-point one-off solution algorithm based on Newton iterative algorithm and mathematical model between slider displacement and the crank. Use the results fitted the crank angle- time curve, derive a control pulse frequency and the number of target process curve corresponding to the period, write code in Keil, and use the STM32 to complete control scheme. In addition, use ARM development board to achieve the video monitoring of process of the press and transmit frame data via UDP protocol, and remote PC receives the frame data and complete the video display.Finally, by contrasting the target process curve and the actual displacement curve, that the system achieves the goal of realizing the target curve proves the system design scheme proposed in this paper is feasible.
