Rolling bearing,as a important component of rolling process, which need to meet a series of requirements for high speed rolling, heavy, big shock. Such as foreign invasion, partial load, peeling, etc, all will exacerbate the impact of bearing vibration, which would seriously affect the quality of bearing life and the rolling product. Therefore, analyzing the time and frequency characteristics of rolling bearings under fault case, which has important practical significance for bearing fault diagnosis and prolong the service life of rolling bearing.In this paper, the finite element model of arc tangent modification four-row cylindrical roller bearings was established by ABAQUS software. The dynamic analysis for fault and partial load condition of bearing were carried out, the simulated dynamics analysis results under fault condition can provide a theoretical basis for the roller bearing fault diagnosis. The vibration test experiment was taken for inner race fault of single row bearing, which verify the effectiveness of dynamic analysis model in this paper.Firstly, taking modification for the single row cylindrical roller bearing because of the end stress concentration phenomenon. Taking statics and dynamics simulation for the roller with tangential arc modification, full-convex circular modification and intersect circular modification. Selecting out the best-modification curve, which is tangential arc modification and was applied to four cylindrical roller bearing analysis of this article.Secondly, building tangential arc modification four-row cylindrical roller bearing finite element model, with which to simulate the case of outer race fault,inner race fault and four row partial load. getting the stress change, displacement,velocity and acceleration of time-domain change under fault case, the stress distribution under partial load. Taking a fast fourier transform for the acceleration data, which can provide a theoretical basis for the roller bearing fault diagnosisFinally, the peak of velocity and acceleration under outer surface fault cases of four row inner race and single row inner race were simulated and analyzed.The single row inner race fault case was experimented. Then verify four row bearing's dynamic analysis of this article is effectiveness.
