In the situation of production about high speed and high precision, How to improve the production efficiency and product quality problem is the main goal of the manufacturing industry. Particle generation as a new word appeared in the performance index, KATE has new requirement in particle generation for their product, Making the clamping device can reach the standard used in clean room. The particle generation of clamping device become the main research direction. Abroad, The Japanese company NBK is well-known company, product introduce the test data, but due to the technology blockade, test process is not clear. Independent research of particle generation test bench is the main target of the current.This paper introduces the internal structure of clamping device and internal air circulation system, to analyze the principle of the clamping device, and find out the relative movement which needs lubrication, to know how particle generation come into being. Introducing the index of the grease and analyze the relationship between the particle generation and performance indicators.Use in-depth type measurement method to develop the bench, through optimizing medical clean work platform as the main body of test bench, find the best way to connect all the part and finish the control system. Testing the normal grease and low particle generation grease in clamping device, the clamping device will run 250000 times, and to optimize the measurement results, then fitting the experimental results. Get the influence of different grease effect on clamping device.By adopting the single variable method to test the relationship between amount of particle and the distance of the particle generation source. Use the MATLAB to fitting the data, we use the double exponential function to fitting, analyze the precision of the function, finally, we get the function of particle generation spread. We also put forward some optimum proposal to reduce the particle generation of clamping device.
