In the high speed developing era, people chase the higher quality life. At the same time, the industrial productions also require higher and higher accuracy. With the development of the science and technology, the accuracy of industrial production can hardly keep up with the need of scientific theory. People come to realize the importance of industrial production technology. People also realize that the accuracy of products is important to the development of science. Therefore, the topic of production accuracy becomes more and more popular among the scholar.This article is mainly about that during the precision casting process, the influence of changing temperature and humidity on the accuracy of the precision casting production in precision constant temperature and humidity chamber. In the whole precision casting process, the precision manufacturing workshop and paint drying workshop are the important parts to the accuracy of industrial production. And the temperature and humidity requirements of these two workshops will directly affect the accuracy and yield of the final product. At present, most domestic casting workshop don't meet temperature and humidity standards, so that their yield is not ideal. The main reason is the temperature and humidity control needs high energy, the production costs will increase. Therefore, how to reduce energy consumption is very important while maintaining workshop temperature and humidity. This is the contents of this article.In this article, the air outlets' location and the air change rate of the workshop is the main object of discussion. At the same time, by controlling the some parameters of air supplies to improve the efficiency, save energy and reduce emissions. Discussing on the paint drying workshop temperature and humidity, this article will respectively simulation analyze three different moisture loss rate of standard products in the drying process-moisture loss rate 30 g/h, moisture loss rate 60 g/h, moisture loss rate 100 g/h. After above simulation analyze, the whole drying workshop will eventually be divided into three regions. Each region corresponds to different ventilation rate and air supply parameters in order to save energy.In order to clearly express the influence of air distribution and air changes on temperature and humidity field for the workshop, this article will simulate and obtain the distribution of temperature and humidity under different working conditions by Fluent numerical simulation software and come out. At the same time, pointing out the best air distribution parameters and the ventilation rate when indoor temperature assure 21±1? and humidity assure 50±1%,so as to reduce unnecessary energy consumption. In reality, this will provide guidance to casting workshop how to control temperature and humidity. Thus, they can reduce energy consumption and costs while meeting the standard. Thereby, it can improve the accuracy and yield of the products in the entire production process.
