| Nonylphenol is a kind of toxic xenobiotic compound, which classified as an endocrine disrupter, it can disturb the secreting of estradiol hormone of organisms endocrine system and initiate a suite of lesion. NP is a kind of priority and persistent contaminants due to its relatively high toxicity and a long period of endanger incubation even at a trace level concentration in the aqueous matrices. So, the treatment of NP pollution is extremely urgent, and it is generally difficult to separate and remove NP from BPA and OP et al. In this regard, it has great significance to synthesize a kind of material with high selectivity and large adsorption capacity for clean-up and concentration of NP.In the paper, we reported an effective method for preparation of magnetic molecularly imprinted compound. Firstly, alkylated Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic carrier material was achieved through three-steps reaction. After that, the specific selective polymer sorbent was synthesized by surface molecular imprinted technique for NP in the presence of NP, 4-Vpy, EGDMA, AIBN as the template, functional monomers, cross-linker and initiator, respectively. The characterization of morphology, structure and performance of the polymer sorbent was utilized with SEM, TEM,FT-IR, XRD, EDS, Adsorption-desorption isotherms of nitrogen and VSM ect. The results indicate that the prepared polymeric absorbent is easily separated from the solid-liquid system. The optimal preparation conditions are the dosage of magnetic carrier is 2 g, temperature is 65℃,pre-assembling: crosslinking agent is 1:2, time is 24 h. The particle size of the polymer sorbent is about 50 nm, the aperture on the surface is 3.371 nm, the BET specific surface area is 61.80 m2/g and the Langmuir specific surface area is 101.24 m2/g.This paper also introduced the adsorption selectivity, adsorption isotherms, adsorption kinetics, and repeatability and reproducibility of Fe3O4@SiO2-MIPs. The results indicate that the specific selective adsorption rate for NP is as high as 86.5%, the adsorption process can be well described by pseudo-second-order model, the equilibrium adsorption capacity is 62.893 mg/g,which is very close to 61.49 mg/g of the experimental data. Fe3O4@SiO2-MIPs provided specific selective adsorption for NP and the adsorption isotherm conform with Sips model. The molecular imprinted polymer exhibite high and fast adsorption kinetic characteristics. The functional adsorption material possess preferably repeatability and reproducibility. |
