Abstract/Summary:
Aromatic amine is an important synthetic organic intermediates which can be used for synthetic dyes, drug, additives and textile auxiliaries, etc.Aromatic amine mainly get through reduction of aromatic nitro-compound.reductive aromatic nitro-compound with hydrazine hydrate which become the research focus because of high selectivity, mild reaction conditions, high yield, and pollution-free;reductive aromatic nitro-compound with glucose, which had very good value for study by mild reaction condition ecology and pollution-free.So this paper studies the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds with hydrazine hydrate and glucose.1.Study on the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds with hydrazine hydrate.Preparation of copper oxide catalyst for different load, studied catalytic activity in reduction of nitro compounds with hydrazine hydrate, found that activated carbon load has better copper oxide catalytic activities, especially 8%CuO/C catalyst which reusing seven times, had a good activity. The activity and stability of catalyst was studied and investigates temperature and dosage of hydrazine hydrate to influence the reaction, determined the hydrazine hydrate and nitro compounds mole ratio of 1.9:1,in 65 ℃ for optimum reaction conditions. And synthesis of aromatic amine compounds on this conditions, which got a very good yield.2.Reduction of aromatic nitro compounds with glucose.as a reducing agent, without adding any catalyst, aromatic nitro compounds were direct reduced by glucose, the main product were aromatic nitrogen oxides. So we studied on the synthesis of benzotriazole compounds using glucose reduction method.First, synthesis of azo oxygen compounds with glucose as reductant, then nitrification, finally synthesis of benzotriazole compounds with glucose and aluminium as reductants, zinc chloride as a catalyst, got a very good effect.Take reduction of UV-P azo intermediates as an example, the influence on the reaction by the type of metal and dosage, the dosage of glucose, dosage of catalyst and dosage of alkali were studies. The final determination were azo intermediates 18 mmol, glucose 2.0 g,30%of sodium hydroxide points respectively twice to join in,2 mL and 6.7 mL,zinc chloride 10 mg,azo intermediates and aluminum mole ratio of 1:1.2 for optimum reaction conditions. And synthesis of UV-P,UV-326,UV-329 and UV-327compounds on this conditions, which got a very good yield.
