Thermo sensitive composites materials collected sensing,driving and material structure as a whole,and have perception,drive and automatic control function,therefore,widely used to driving,transmission and control component projects.Metal/polymer thermo sensitive composites materials have wide application because of their good expansion and thermal conductivity as well as not to finalize the design.The factor that influence the thermal of these materials is very sensitive to the behavior of thermal expansion,there have been extensive investigations ensuring accuracy and stability of the composites.Nano Cu/Paraffin thermo sensitive composites materials was prepared by high energy ball mill,use the hot forming process put materials into the cylindrical glass tube,its microstructure and structure was analyzed through the SEM,TEM,and the inflation,thermo sensitivity,stability was tested by self-made experimental test device.The main work and result obtained are as follows:1.Composite particle which was prepared by high energy ball mill,was well coated and arranged.Though dispersed by ultrasound,those composite particles which milled for 80h's size is around 140nm,while those composite particles which milled for 120h's size is around 30nm,composite particles showed irregular shape and some agglomeration.2.Design and use self-made thermal expansion properties device,thermo sensitive properties device to test thermal expansion properties,stability properties,thermo sensitive properties of composite materials.The core of experimental test device use two controller connected to the computer then read displacement and temperature of composite materials by host computer software.3.By changing the mass ratio of copper powder and paraffin,a mixture of different melting point paraffin and copper powder,we get the body expansion rate of thermo sensitive composite materials which prepared by high melting point paraffin and copper is higher than the body expansion rate of thermo sensitive composite materials which prepared by low melting point paraffin and copper.4.Thermo sensitive composite materials which mixed 140nm and 30nm particle size compared with particle size of 20nm,100nm,found with the same mass ratio of copper and paraffin,body expansion rate of thermal composite materials are basically the same;with the sample size decreases,the sample heat conduction velocity decreases.The body expansion rate of each sample remained stable in various constant heating temperature,fluctuation rangs are less than 0.2%.With the copper content increases,the stability of the sample is further strengthened.
