Molecular imprinted polymers was a kind of new polymer materials with specific molecular recognition.It shows a wide range of applications in the purification,immunoassay,solid phase extraction,bio-sensors and so on.In this article,the norfloxacin imprinted microspheres were prepared by surface imprinted technology.The polymerization was optimized,and the specifical adsorption capacity to norfloxacin in Royal jelly was measured.The main work and results are as follows:1、First,the hydroxyl on the surface of glass beads were activated in aqueous solution of NaOH.Second,APES was immobile on the surface of glass beads and then reacted with ACVA.2、The Azo-initiator-modifed glass beads were suspended in the polymerization mixture containing template(Norfloxacin),functional monomer(MAA),cross-linking agents(TRIM)and acetonitrile.Then the surface imprinted polymers on the glass beads were obtained by reaction.The static adsorption equilibrium experiments and the scatchard analysis show that there were two kinds of binding sites in the MIPs and the dissociation constants were 8.45X10-4 mol-L-1 and 0.76X10-4 mol-L-1 respectively.3.The polymerization of norfloxacin molecular imprinted polymers was optimized by one-factor experimental design and response surface experiments.The optimal conditions were determined:the ratio of NOR and MAA was 1:4.7,the polymerization time is 20 hours,the polymerization temperature is 65 °C.4.The article studied the specifical adsorption of MIPs to fluoroquinolones in Royal jelly solution.The peak area of ENO、CIP、OFL and NOR decreased 30.6%、35.8%、28.1%and 44.6%;the peak area of 10-HAD which is important nutrients in Royal jelly decreased 12.3%.This results showed that the MIPs have a high absorption to fluoroquinolones,and have a low absorption to 10-HAD.
