| It has been to be the common aim and intrinsic instruments to packaging material’s environmental,creational and recycle development.It is also the orientation of packing material.cushion packing material has been the most part of packing material in all the packing methods.At present,our country has the material of EPS and EPE as an important packaging materials,but EPS and EPE can’t be decomposed by environment and cause great damage to our nature.Besides,there is no other options but using these materials.Recently,plant fiber foaming material has been a new focus and has the advantage of widely materials,environmental,low cost and limitless potentials.It will has the uncontrollable advantage.The research has the material of wood residual fiber,foaming agent of NaHCO3 and AC,adhesive of PVA and pre-gelatinization starch,and the preparation of incremental heating method.the research discuss the issue of micromorphology,foam structure and foam parameter by using the method of SEM,FTIR,and IPP.Besides,it also analysis the relationship between foam morphology and different ingredient;relationship between foam structure and mechanical property,aiming at establishing the theoretical foundation for preparation of good performance of buffer material.main results are as follows:(1)It ascertain the analysis method of computer graphics analytical method,with IPP and represent the porosity,aperture and its distribution of the wood fiber foaming material,which is based on the deep analysis of the porous analysi’s method.(2)Ingredient of materials and the corresponding content have significant impact on foam structure morphology and porosity.the distribution range is that median diameter of wood flour’s distribution is 20g~30g,paper pulp’s distribution is lOg~20g,water content’s distribution is 113g~115g,PVA content is 45g,starch’s distribution is 4g~6g.(3)Foam structure’s impact of material’s mechanical property appears that the material’s stress value become little as porosity increased,the minimize cushion coefficient is 4.2 and the material has the best cushion efficiency,the material’s transformation which has large porosity is bigger under the same stress.the material’s transformation grow bigger as compression times increased,and which weakened the ability of protecting goods. |
