| In the context of rising environmental aspirations from residents and the restructure of city industry,the industrial enterprises in the original layout of the main city are required to move out,so that the vacated land could be used for the development of residential areas,government,and other commercial service which are polluting industries.These industries include dangerous chemicals industries,of which the raw materials and the products are harmful to the environment.Its storage area and workshop contaminate the earth because lack of underground seepage or due to washing.Soil pollution has the characteristics of hidden and lagging.The process of pollution accumulation and release is long,and its effect on human health can not be seen immediately.The release of toxic pollutants in soil could take up to hundreds of years’ time.Therefore,environmental risk assessment must be conducted after the land is vacated.The main subject of research is combining the characteristics and principles of cement kiln technique to develop a technical solution to treat the soil of Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant.Monitor and control main pollutants during disposal process and assess its environmental impact.Meanwhile study the impact of contaminated soil on product characteristics in order to adjust and optimize the technical solution of treat nitrogen fertilizer contaminated soil by cement kiln and solve the other key issues such as the pollutant’s monitoring and control during treatment and disposal,environmental impact analysis and so on.The study of this topic can provide alternative methods to treat contaminated lands that have been left during functional changes due to urban area development.It also can be used as a reference for urban waste treatment and disposal as well as the environmental impact evaluation on co-disposal of contaminated soil by cement kiln technique. |
