| Compared with the traditional ring spun yarn, the compact spun yarn is characterized with the good property and structure of yarn, less hairiness, high rate of utilization of fiber, bright luster, slipper, evenness for yarn surface.However, the fabric woven in the compact spun yarn,no matter its appearance or performance, has greatly improved,contrasted with that of the traditional ring spun yarn. More and more enterprises have been attracted by the compact spun yarn and the research about the compact spun yarn has been increased, at present,there are many researching papers about compact spun yarn in our country, but the above mentioned researching focused on the production technology instead of sizing technology.This paper focuses on the research of sizing technology of compact spun yarn. First of all, on the basis of related literature, the author introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign textile warp size and the problems that existed in the compact yarn sizing.Compact yarn sizing was introduced in detail in the current research status of size formula and sizing technology. Then according to the principle of similar compatible,selecting new type of environmental protection and oxidized starch paste, pasting on the experience formula of the factory, and the nine groups of compact yarn sizing agent is determined. Adhesion test and analyze is taken on the nine groups recipe, membranous,moisture absorption and water soluble, strong performance, buckling resistance. Using ASS300 type single yarn sizing machine closed to cotton yarn sizing experiment was carried out, and the sizing moisture regain, hairiness reducing rate, the increase of rate and ratio of stretching, wear-resisting performance is tested and analyzed, concluded in 9.7 tex formula 2, 7.3 tex formula 1 ’, 5.8 tex formula 1 "has a better comprehensive performance.By orthogonal experimental method to study the influence of these four factors, such as the CD- DF868 L, oxidized starch, NP- 320 L and KS- 55, in different proportion of sizing performance between the compact spun yams, which determines the optimal compact yarn sizing formula as follows: 9.7 tex optimization recipe for CD- DF868 L 43 g,oxidized starch, 38 g NP- 320 L 10 g, KS- 55 2.5 g. 7.3 tex optimization formula for CD-DF868 L 40 g, oxidized starch 40 g, NP- 320 L 10 g, KS- 55 2 g. 5.8 tex optimization formula for CD- DF868 L 50 g, oxidized starch 25 g, NP- 320 L 8 g, KS- 55 2 g.Choose the optimal formula with different concentration were 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%,12%, slurry of compact yarn and the specifications of common ring spinning yarn sizing and test its performance, comparison and analysis the differences of sizing performancebetween the two. The results show that under the same process conditions, compact yarn sizing rate is down 1%-3.5% compared with conventional ring spun yarn. Satisfied with the requirement of weaving in sizing hairiness post and abrasion resistance, the premise of compact yarn sizing rate lower than with the specifications of the common ring spinning yarn by 4%- 6%, which can not only reduce the consumption of pulp and production cost,but also reduce the burden of desizing.The influence of concentration, drying room temperature and sizing speed effect on the properties of Size was studied by single factor analysis method.Selected optimal sizing process : sizing concentration, 9.7 tex compact yarn closely for the concentration of 9%,7.3 tex compact yarn closely for the concentration of 10%, 5.8 tex compact yarn closely for the concentration of 11%; Chamber temperature 80 ℃; Sizing speed of 30 m/min. |
