Oily water treatment is systematic,beginning with oil water separation,sedimention and multi-stage filtration,finally injected to reservior through the pipeline to water injection wells.In processes,the treatment effect of upstream can immediately impacts the next operation,each stage can effect on final water quality.In tertiary recovery oily water treatment becames more and more serious,problems caused by slop oil and low temperatur dehydration have negative effect on treated water quality,Therefore,key point control method of the processes is used in Xingbei Oilfield.According to technical properties of oily water treatment system built,factors on water quality of each stage were analyzed,improved management of production system,focused on beginning,to improve dehydration efficiency,to optimized dose of chemical according to the fluid variation,to manage produced water separator and interface of electronic dehydrator,those that are for improving settling tank gathering oil,independently treating slop oil and manage produced water quality,it is implemented different control points to make all stages reach the standard.Based on this study,it is proposed that replacing the large oil transportation pumps with small ones and replacing large displacement interval collecting method with small displacement continuous collecting method.It is implemented that independently heating,injecting and treating aged oil,which mean to independently treat aged oil as thermochemistry,that can eliminate effect of recycling aged oil influencing on normal oil treatment.Because of the low temperature separation processes influencing on water quality,the demulsifier injection dosage was adjusted,to prolong back wash time of contaminated filter tanks and to decrease back wash period.To optimize inner structure of sand filters,installed stir or gathering system to stop solidation of sand,then it is convinient to explore negative factors of studying oily water treatment standard,finally to take effective measures to improve pertinence.The study can be used in oil field experiments,also can guide to improve produced water quality,injecting water quality and making the process reach the standard.
