| Pipeline is one of the most common equipments in the project of petroleum and petrochemical,with the oil well operation as an example,it always get stuck and hard to put phenomenon,need cutting operation.At present,the major in pipe cutting methods are electrochemical cutting,mechanical cutting,water cutting,dissolve cutting,many experts to design various of equipments for pipe cutting accident treatment with the spicify enviroment,but still in the technology is not perfect stage for small diameter pipeline jet flow cutting processing.Therefore,the small diameter pipeline jet flow cutting not only has the vital significance to the treatment of accident,but use the tool to pipeline spraying,dredging and other engineering.The paper use the CFX software to conduct the two-phase numerical simulation under the jet flow submerged conditon.The simulation results show that the velocity of solid particles of straight-taper nozzle is 11%higher than the taper-shape nozzle,more suitable for abrasive jet flow cutting.Appropriate increase length in straight pipe and decreasing the taper,can increase the velocity of solid particles and improve the cutting efficiency.According to the relationship among the nozzle,curring tubing and outer casing,deduce a series of formulas about hydraulic parameters calculation,which guide the design of the cutting tools.By using the energy method,analyze the influence of pump flow,radial distance,speed,and the abrasive fluid on the cutting depth.Design and research two kinds of different hydraulic motor according to the different principle of hydraulic drive rotary motion.Driving rotating spiral groove,using numerical simulation method,analyzed the related hydraulic parameters of spiral groove structure,another one use a 2 symmetrical coiled spiral tube pressure drop driven to rotate,with the calculation theory,design the hydraulic calculation spiral tube structure.The results show that both of the two kinds of hydraulic motor can provide hydraulic torque for the tool.With 27/8"diameter as an example,design of the two sets of cutting tool respectively using spiral groove and the spiral pipe driven,and calculate related parameters of the tool.Provides technical support for such a special environment pipeline hydraulic cutting tools design. |
